This has been my go-to protein shake in the mornings after a workout for a couple of years now. It makes a lot, the macros are pretty great, and I don’t get sick of the flavor. I you want to cut the fat amount considerably, I recommend using PBFit All-Natural Peanut Butter Powder in place of the peanut butter.

Macro Friendly Green Chocolate Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew milk (or almond, soy, coconut)
  • 46g or 2 scoops Orgain Chocolate Protein Powder (or your favorite chocolate protein)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • handful of spinach
  • 19g or 1 Tbl. peanut butter
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (I use Vital Proteins)
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

Blend in a blender. Enjoy.
