This protein shake is a favorite at the end of the day when I need to get more protein in my diet. It tastes great and the macros are fantastic. You can play around with the toppings. I had it with a chopped up Reeses the other night.
Macro Friendly Chocolate Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew milk (or almond, soy, coconut)
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum
- 6g or 1 Tbl. cocoa powder
- 46g or 2 scoops Orgain chocolate protein powder (or your favorite chocolate protein)
- 129g or 6 ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 of a frozen banana
- 1 oz. almond milk creamer
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
Blend in a blender. Enjoy.
Favorite Optional Toppings: 1 Tbl. @pbfitofficial peanut butter powder, 10g rice chex, 1 tsp. mini chocolate chips
