Ingredients

  • Russet potato
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Steamed broccoli and peas
  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Ranch dressing
  • Optional toppings: canadian bacon, cooked bacon crumbles, sour cream

Instructions

Wash the potato. Pierce the potato with a fork a few times. Microwave on a plate for 5 minutes, turn it over and microwave for another 5 minutes, or until it’s soft enough. Add butter, salt, pepper, broccoli, peas, cheese, ranch in that order.
